  • Explore your values, needs, and beliefs so you become aware of why you do, say and think the way you do.
  • Learn the difference between self-love and self-care so you can live life on your terms.
  • Engage in activities that promote self-worth and healthy boundaries which will enhance all areas of your life.
  • Manifest your ideal relationship using the Law of Attraction so you can attract the love you deserve!

 

Daily Breakdown

 

Day 1: Welcome

  • Focus: Self-Reflection
  • Activities: To improve anything, you need to know where you're at right now. Today you'll complete a reflection exercise to assess your current state of self-love and identify areas for improvement. 

 

Day 2: Values, Beliefs, and Needs

  • Focus: Understanding Your Core Values
  • ActivitiesUsually when there's a conflict in your life it's because there is a values clash - but so many people don't even know what their values are! Today you''ll answer questions to explore your values and how they influence your relationships. 

 

Day 3: Self-Love vs. Self-Care

  • Focus: The Importance of Self-Love
  • ActivitiesI've learned that self-love is the key to getting everything you ever wanted in life! Learn the difference between self-care and self-love, and reflect on your own practices. 

 

Day 4: Project Self-Worth

  • Focus: Building Self-Worth
  • Activities: Engage in exercises to enhance your self-worth and set healthy boundaries. If you're a people pleaser this will be especially important to help you stop that shit!

 

Day 5: The Finale

  • Focus: Manifesting Your Ideal Relationship
  • Activities: If you don't know what you want in a relationship (or focus more on what you don't want, you'll keep attracting more of the same. Today you'll create a wish list for your ideal partner and reflect on the qualities you want in a relationship.
